Like most things in life, you get out what you put into it. Meaning each person's results will vary to the next, as there are factors that contribute to this. Such as, age, gender, ability, goal, motivation levels and availability, and adherence to programme and nutrition set by personal trainer.
Unfortunately we can not spot reduce fat, meaning we cannot choose which area of our body we can loose fat from. But what we can do is be in something called a calorie deficit. Involving eating less than our body burns/uses on a day to day basis. To do this safely I would advise using a personal trainer, to complete a nutrition plan for yourself to follow and rely on for knowledge and guidance throughout.
In short, any diet than you can stick to! This meaning, not taking away your favorite foods, but rather introduce new and healthy alternatives, so that adherence is kept for the long run. I do not promote any fad diets, or fat loss pills, shakes or teas, as they can be detrimental to your health over time. I will however, suggest for you to have a healthy and balanced diet- keeping it 80% healthy and 20% treats, its called balanced for a reason right?
Some people may be perfectly happy enough doing their own training. However, if you lack motivation, are new to fitness or have been training for quite some time but are just simply not seeing results then this is where a personal trainer will be of use. To offer advice, support and ensure correct form is used each session to avoid any unnecessary injuries
I ask if you wish to cancel a booking/session that you do so with 24 hours notice. A session can be cancelled no problem, but if this is less than 24 hours notice then full fees will be taken. There is no contract like you would sign at the gym, so you are free to withdraw from any programme at any time, but you will be charged for the sessions that have already taken place.
