Hi, my name is Kayleigh Swash and as your personal trainer I will take your fitness goals seriously. I understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, and it is my mission is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. I will analyze your BMI, and metabolism, to create your individualized fitness plan.
With a BA (HONS) Degree in Sports Development and Management, I hold a wide range of knowledge and expertise of various sports and what training styles are required to improve the performance and skill set needed within the chosen sport. Specializing within football and weightlifting, but will also tailor to other sports to suit your individual needs.
I also have my level 2 gym instructor qualification, alongside a level 3 personal training qualification. Which means I can offer programs to those who have zero experience or knowledge within the sport and fitness domain. Starting something new can be daunting but that’s where myself as your trainer will step in and guide you through every step of the way through your fitness journey. Helping you create positive habits both physically and mentally. As I believe in progression over perfection 100% of the time.
I hold a BTEC in Sports development, coaching and fitness. So this gave me the basic knowledge I needed to progress into further education and widen my knowledge within the fitness industry. Here I learned the importance of nutrition to not only active people but those who are inactive too. A Key point I learned was “you can never out-train a bad diet”.
I understand that adapting new fitness habits can be difficult and more often than not it fails without the correct type of guidance. Social media is an amazing tool however, there are endless amount of fad diets and incorrect information out there, it can be tricky to sift through the nonsense to get to the knowledgeable information. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle. Your success is the main reason why people like me become a personal trainer, to watch and coach others to achieve their goals and lead a healthier and happier lifestyle.
